In my opinion, it's the Hispanics. A person with a green card is, I believe, a citizen of that country, though I apologize if that's incorrect as I haven't addressed a question of this sort lately.

Nearly one-third of immigrants during these years came from various Asian countries, with India and China representing the largest shares at 6.5% and 4.7%, respectively. The Green Card, formally identified as the Permanent Resident Card, serves as identification for those who are permanent residents in the US yet lack American citizenship. Green Card holders are permitted to live and work in the US, but they must uphold their resident status, which can be revoked if they engage in specific illegal activities.
