Answer:

I disagree with the notion of restricting children or young adults from using social media until they reach a specific age.

Surveying students in schools, their responses about social media use likely include things like "I use it for entertainment during downtime." However, many also mention "I utilize it to maintain contact with friends or family when I don't have their phone numbers."

There are various benefits and downsides related to social media, but consider how different things would be without it. Yes, it's probable that fewer students would be on their phones in class. Yet, without social media, how would people communicate with friends who have relocated and for whom they lack contact information? What happens if a family member wants to share a photo or news with everyone without needing to create a significant group chat?

This is the reasoning behind my belief that imposing an age restriction on social media access is unwarranted.

Age does not play a significant role regarding social media.

Explanation:

 • I hold the conviction that age is not a limiting factor in social media use.
 • Modern technology has advanced to the point where even young children are adept at using mobile devices.
 • The current generation of children is certainly more tech-savvy than those from previous decades.
 • Social media serves a practical purpose, allowing kids to stay connected with their families during school.
 • There are frequent instances where children may need to contact their parents urgently, and social media would facilitate that communication.
 • Furthermore, social media enables children to stay informed about global events.
 • However, it is crucial for parents to ensure that their children use social media responsibly and predominantly when necessary.

The accurate response should be
A. Jackson's choice of the phrase "a happy consummation" creates a tone of satisfaction within the passage.

The overall tone of the speech seems cheerful, as if referring to something positive rather than the displacement of Native Americans. He employs numerous other terms that suggest a favorable perspective, not limited to just "a happy consummation." There is a profound sense of gratification in his words.
