Satish was standing on the balcony watching the last rays of the sun. Loud and angry voices in the street below distracted his a

ttention. he ran down the stairs to see what had happened and ends up seeing two people fighting over what was better : Idli with sugar or Dosa with jam.
No one knew how this conversation started but it did and then later everyone started getting involved. Everyone left their houses and were on the streets arguing over what was better Idli with sugar or Dosa with jam. No one really had an answer to this so they just said whatever they wanted to. Then a wise man came and broke this argument and then said "none of them are better , they both are equal but no matter what you say chocolate sauce and Dosa is the best!" then he argument started again and the wise man didnt seem very wise after what he said and i was just standing there thinking about how weird the community i am living in is. Then i just laughed at all of them and suddenly everyone stared at me and i stop laughing and everyone suddenly start laughing and i laughed with them .

Then i say how weird my community was but i knew even if they were weird they would always be there when i need them and that they are the funniest people i have seen my whole life

Answer:

A laugh can end a pointless debate.

Explanation:

Satish's narrative involves a community that engages in foolish disputes over trivial matters. He witnessed two individuals arguing about whether Idli or Dosa is superior. Each person has their own preference for food, yet they squabble over unimportant issues. Another individual claims to be wise but suggests Dosa with chocolate, reigniting the argument. Ultimately, Satish’s unexpected laugh is what quelled the futile arguments among the community members. The title that aptly represents the story is "A laugh stops pointless argument".
