e Occidental Research Bureau has struggled for three decades to produce a man-made leaf able to absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere and convert it into chemical energy. Yet now it seems that they have at long last achieved their goal. “Everyone in the bureau are responsible for this success,” said Professor Giles Smiley, the chief scientist leading the research efforts. Answer:

The details shared above are accurate.

Explanation:

A team of British researchers has successfully developed an artificial leaf that replicates the process of photosynthesis (and all related gas exchanges) found in a natural leaf. The oxygen produced by these artificial leaves is of high purity, representing a significant advancement that could lead to environmental benefits. Furthermore, the leaf has potential applications in industrial operations known for their pollution, helping to mitigate this environmental issue.

Bond [7527]
In Things Fall Apart, the main character Okonkwo is also viewed as a tragic hero. In "its only fair," the point of view is?
Bond [7527]

Response:

First person perspective.

Clarification:

The first-person perspective presents the narrative from the narrator’s viewpoint using pronouns like "I" or "We," in contrast to a second or third person perspective which uses "you" or "They." The narrator stands as a bystander to the happenings, observing the events that unfold within the narrative. Consequently, "It's only fair" illustrates the first-person perspective by employing "I" or "We" as articulated through Avery's viewpoint.

In 150 words or more, offer tips to giving a successful speech. Use details from President Kennedy’s speech and from other parts
Leya [7781]
To deliver an effective speech, it's crucial to fully understand your subject and provide supporting evidence. Having all the necessary details is important; otherwise, you risk coming across as uninformed, which can undermine your presentation. If you're not genuinely interested in the topic, your speech may lack emotional depth, reducing its impact because speeches should resonate with the audience's feelings. Lastly, rehearsal is essential; consistent practice helps you articulate effectively, avoid errors, and build confidence in your delivery.

These are my recommendations for a successful speech.

I hope you find them useful. Enjoy your day!
