Which six sentences from this creation story best show the elements of an earth diver story? The Hoga came down from above and f

ound Earth covered with water. They flew in every direction. They sought four gods who would help them and drive the water away. They found not one. Then Elk came. He had a loud voice, and he shouted to the four corners of the sky. The four winds came in answer. They blew upon the water and it vanished upwards, in a mist. Then the people could see the rocks. Now there was only a little space on the rocks. They knew they must have more room. The people were crowded. So they sent Muskrat down into the water. He did not come back. He was drowned. Then they sent Loon down. He did not come back. He was drowned. Then they sent Beaver down into the water. The water was too deep. Beaver was drowned. Then Crawfish dived into the water. He was gone a long time. When he came up there was a little mud in his claws. Crawfish was so tired he died. But the people took the mud out of his claws and made the land.

"The impact of Social Media on the Arab uprisings" represents a study investigating the effectiveness of the Internet and social media as crucial instruments for the coordination and planning of protests, while also raising awareness globally about the genuine circumstances during the Arab Spring, a movement that began in late 2010 in response to oppressive governments.

The supporting evidence for this assertion includes the following:

  1. “Online networks were essential in bringing together a key group of activists, particularly in Egypt.”
  2. “Civil society leaders from Arab nations highlighted the significance of ‘the Internet, mobile devices, and social media’ during the protests.”
  3. “Moreover, Arabs utilized digital platforms to express their freedom of speech and create a space for civic involvement.”

Bond [7527]

There are numerous ways to contribute to your nation. As JFK expressed, "My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country." One way to assist is by holding a job that supports the American economy. Income taxes deducted from your paycheck help fund schools, law enforcement, fire departments, roads, and many public services. Additionally, purchasing goods from stores or vendors helps sustain small businesses and the broader community.

Enlisting in the military branches such as the Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, or National Guard represents a significant service. Beyond stimulating the economy, military personnel actively defend American freedoms and support democracies worldwide. Veterans also contribute substantially to public life, government, and the workforce. Many pursue higher education after their service to follow their aspirations.

Mary is giving a persuasive speech about the benefits of adoption over abortion and wants to engage her audience early on. Which
Naddik [7538]
C.

The speaker begins by introducing herself, allowing the audience to quickly grasp the personal significance of the topic. When audiences recognize the speaker's personal investment in the matter, they are more likely to engage. The introduction also employs an example of pathos, which is an emotional appeal effective for capturing audience interest.

It’s beneficial to refrain from overwhelming the audience with statistics or other researchers' names at the start (although such elements will be utilized in the speech) as this may lend an overly formal or factual tone before they become engaged.
