La psicología es el estudio de comportamientos de la mente, así como de los sentimientos y pensamientos de una persona. Los cuatro principales objetivos de la psicología son describir, explicar, predecir y controlar los procesos mentales del ser humano. La psicología cae bajo la ciencia ya que se relaciona con los seres vivos. Cada individuo posee su propia psicología sobre todo, lo que significa que cada uno tiene opiniones y sentimientos diferentes respecto a lo que les rodea. Los factores ambientales influyen en la psicología de una persona.

El objetivo principal de un psicólogo es cambiar la mentalidad de una persona de negativa a positiva, haciéndola ver los aspectos positivos de la vida y apreciar la hermosa naturaleza. Esto elimina todos los recuerdos negativos que están presentes en su subconsciente para que pueda ver el mundo real y sentirse positivo y lleno de energía. Investigaciones recientes también demuestran que la psicología es parte de la ciencia, ya que está relacionada con el comportamiento de un organismo vivo.
